Our hosting services are managed by DigitalOcean, Linode, and Vultr. You must abide by their terms of service:
You must register only one account. If you are found to have multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close them all and destroy any servers attached to them.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
All payments are final. There are no refunds or withdrawals. Please top up the amount you intend to spend.
Under circumstances where we deem a refund justifiable, it will be in the form of credit added to your bithost account only.
Once your balance falls below $0.00, your servers will be permanently destroyed.
Our services must never be used to promote, support, or carry out harmful or malicious activities. Any action intended to cause damage, disruption, loss, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
This includes fraudulent websites or applications designed to deceive or harm others, such as:
We also prohibit applications or activities that compromise the security or integrity of systems, including but not limited to:
The following steps will take place upon a report of abuse.
In most cases, the offending server will be taken offline and left suspended. A member of the support team will pass on all details of the offence and give simple instructions on what actions need to be taken to reach a resolution. Failure to address abuse reports can result in account termination.
In severe cases, the server may be destroyed to prevent further damage and the account responsible will be permanently terminated with no chance of appeal.
In addition to harmful and malicious activity, you may not use bithost to host or distribute:
Reports of prohibited content will be handled under the Remedial Action policy above.
bithost does not guarantee the preservation of your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of anything stored on your servers. Provider-level backup and snapshot services - available via your server's control panel - are offered as a convenience, not a guarantee.
bithost is not liable for data loss resulting from server failure, accidental deletion, balance depletion, account termination, or any other cause.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a specific uptime percentage. Maintenance windows, provider-side incidents, or other factors outside our control may cause temporary downtime.
bithost will not be held liable for losses or disruptions caused by service outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bithost's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount you paid to bithost in the 30 days preceding the claim.
bithost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - including lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption - regardless of cause.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the date at the bottom of this page will be revised. Continued use of bithost after an update is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service and contact support.
These terms are not governed by the laws of any specific jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication with bithost support before pursuing any formal legal action.
